Ted Talks Daily: Yes, you can be an entrepreneur too

This morning, while packing for my holiday, I listened to a podcast that caught my attention because of its title: "Yes, You Can Be an Entrepreneur Too." The idea resonated with me as I'm considering starting my own business. The podcast emphasised that even the most famous entrepreneurs started small, focusing on solving real problems for people. The message was clear: if you have an idea and understand what society needs, you can create something that benefits others and solves their problems.

What stood out to me was the sustainable mindset it encouraged. If your motivation for starting a business is solely to make money, it may not last long. However, if you genuinely aim to meet people's needs, your business will become stronger. With today's advanced technology and easy access to information, it's becoming harder for those who only speculate to succeed. In contrast, if you start small and focus on benefiting others, you’ll likely win more customers' hearts in the long run.

After a flight of more than four hours, I finally arrived at the island. The place is lovely and quiet, and I really like the Airbnb we chose. Although there's no air conditioning, and I can’t stop sweating, the flat is beautifully designed. The walls are tastefully decorated, and the dry flowers on the table add a homely touch. We took a short walk around the area, which isn’t very touristy, although there are a few crowded bars near the beach. Most people here seem to be with their families.

I don’t have any specific plans for tomorrow. I’m feeling tired after the long trip and need to get used to driving on the left side. Hopefully, the weather will be good so I can post something about my trip.
